13. Bird Song [The Winged Army Returns to the Sky to Protect You] The first time I had need to imagine you, these were the words: Are those your fingers or a fistful of feathers that you hold? When I was younger, a girl in my brother’s class passed away suddenly. It was a small town in
Montana and everyone knew her story. As she lay in bed she described sentinels and warrior angels standing guard bedside beside her. That never seemed odd to me. A taxi comes when you call.
